MY JOURNEY SO FAR
YOGA
I started to practise yoga with my mother at the age of 17. During my university studies, I constantly practised Hatha Yoga to reduce stress, maintain flexibility and find balance inside out. Wherever I travelled and lived, I kept practising and it became the part of my life.
I met Ashtanga Yoga in London and it felt amazing after practising martial arts for 5 years. Later I moved to Bristol where I found great masters, Brigid Swanson and Caroline Simpson who inspired and motivated me to deepen my practice and knowledge.
In March 2015 I decided to go to India and experience real Ashtanga Yoga from the source, in Mysore and have been teaching and practising daily since then. I returned back several times to seek knowledge and to deepen my practice.
After living abroad for 9 years, in 2018 I moved back to Pécs, where my spiritual journey started many years ago.
All in all, I’ve been practising yoga for more than 19 years and I would like to share my knowledge and experience with everyone, who is interested in Yoga and would like to be flexible, balanced, healthy and happy.
I am a qualified Ashtanga Yoga Teacher and registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT 500).
MASSAGE
For many years, I have been practising Tai-chi, Chi-kung, Shaolin Kung Fu, Yoga, and meditation. I naturally started to be interested in holistic therapies, Chinese medicine, and energy healing.
My favourite massage is Thai Massage, so I was delighted to have the opportunity to complete traditional Thai Massage (Nuad Boran) training in April 2015, certified by the Ministry of Education of Thailand.
Then I completed further training in 2016, including Tok Sen techniques and Therapeutic Thai Massage.
I am a certified and insured Thai Massage therapist, and a member of the Thai Healing Alliance International (THAI).

THAI MASSAGE
My daughter bought me this as a gift. My therapist knew exactly where my pressure points were and how much pressure to apply. I always find massages are too light, but this was exactly right! I cannot praise it enough. You will feel supple, energized and rejuvenated for sure.

Can’t recommend enough, I saw Judit last week and came away feeling amazing. She worked into every joint and muscle. As a pilates teacher I can often feel over worked body wise as I often don’t have time to practice what I preach but Judit‘s massage set me up for the week and I’m still feeling energised and de stressed, having been able to enjoy my practice more .
– Caroline
A remarkable massage technique that I strongly recommend. The work on the Nadis (acupuncture points) is profound and is well felt during the session. After my first session, I was feeling very relaxed, my body was energised and open.
– Dominique
Amazing Thai yoga massage thanks to the wonderful Judit Halász. Feel like I’m walking taller, back’s straighter and chi flowing really well .
– Hilda
I was also lucky enough to just receive a Thai Massage from her which I would highly recommend! I left feeling revived, relaxed and my shoulders (where much of my tension lies) feel more open and less tense.
