Transforming Trauma

Many of us had traumas during these past 1.5 years. Yet, we are strong enough to transform these energies into love, strength and compassion.

We can ask for help to do this and we all feel this in our subconscious. We can move forward when all of us will feel well.
Time proves that love and truth are the way forward, to support and lift each other, to listen.

Personally, my asana, pranayama and meditation practices are helping a lot to transform my trauma and of course, I ask for help, as well.

It is time we face it, speak about it, work on it and transform it.

Loving-kindness to All beings.

May we all be well, may we be happy, may we be free from any suffering, may we be peaceful.
